Bad service and phone is always off the hook. Ended up driving there and the gentleman was so rude and would t bother to talk and said they have a big order and can't talk. Basically denied taking our order. He could care less and. The owner in the back seemed to be clueless of what this guy was doing with the customers. View all feedback.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and I could never get through on the phone since it was always busy. After driving there, I encountered a rude employee who refused to engage with me, stating they were busy with a large order and couldn't take our order. It felt like he just didn’t care at all. Meanwhile, the owner in the back seemed completely unaware of how this staff member was treating customers. Overall, it was quite frustrating.
Thai Cuisine! Sala Thai. Perhaps not the catchiest name, but wow! The decor is exceptional, featuring beautiful bamboo tables and chairs. It's refreshing to see a restaurant put this much effort into its ambiance. And the food? Fantastic! I can't believe this place isn't packed. It's truly a hidden gem. You absolutely have to come and try it! You won't be disappointed. Be sure to order the savory red curry and the mouthwatering pad thai. If this place were closer to me, I’d visit every day. It’s crazy good! I've learned that this restaurant has been around for over 12 years—where have I been all this time? Not here, that's for sure. The food is authentically Thai, with flavors that are exactly as they should be—no watered-down versions here. Perfect! They also generously provide plenty of white rice at no extra charge. Great job, Lake Orion! You have a true gem of a restaurant here. Highly recommended! Just a tip: it’s strictly owned by Thai people, which helps keep it authentic. Omg!!
I've loved this place for over five years! The food is consistently excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is wonderful. A perfect 5 out of 5 all around!

As for kid-friendliness, it’s about average for restaurants, but the atmosphere remains calm and relaxed, even during busy times. Parking is available in a shared lot with other restaurants.
