Iris Cafe - Lake Orion

We enjoyed a quick lunch on the terrace, which was very relaxed and had a lovely atmosphere. My wife and I shared a turkey sandwich with fries. The quality of the food, the prices, and the service were all exceptional! Even the staff members who weren't directly serving us were friendly and attentive to our needs, which left a great impression. The only reason I deducted a star was because of the limited menu options. When I made my choice, there were no combo options available, such as fries or soup with a salad, and on Sundays, the soup wasn't even offered a la carte.

Every meal we've had has been perfectly seasoned and served in just the right portion sizes. The food arrives hot, ensuring we get that fresh, flame-grilled taste. As for the owners, they are both wonderful and genuinely care about the well-being of their staff and customers. The female owner frequently comes to our table to check in, asking not only if our food is good but also if there’s anything they can improve upon. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, the staff is great, and both the dining area and restrooms are always clean. This place is a hidden jewel! We tried to go to another popular restaurant on the street, but waiting was too long for the kids. Iris Cafe had no waiting, but little we knew how friendly, pleasant and tasty it would be. Our server, together with each individual employee, went out of their way to welcome us and make everything easy. I almost don't want to recommend this place because I want him to stay my secret, but it's too good not to share. I think this is our new favorite breakfast place!

The new upgrade they just finished is great. Our favorite brunch spot to go to close to home,friendly service, and always delicious food. Love to see it.
