Bad customer service I am waiting 30 minutes outside to receive my order

I’m not the type of person to go and leave a bad review because I have worked at McDonald’s before for close to 2 years. I work in the restaurant industry now, I’m not one to complain, but I have nothing but bad experiences with this McDonald’s location. I have gotten a correct, good tasting meal maybe 3 times in the year and a half I’ve lived here. I went through the drive through a few weeks ago and waited 20+ minutes for our order. And when they bring it out it’s wrong! Management was very kind when I brought it up. (Assuming they’ve been having a rough day and doing it quite a bit that day because she was not happy with the crew) Today, I order on the app for delivery. I order a McDouble, and there was one patty on the sandwich!!! If I wanted a cheeseburger I would’ve ordered that. I’m literally paying for the extra patty! The fries seemed like they were in the fryer for about 30 seconds, barely cooked. Fries are never good here. The nuggets were great though! Like I said I really don’t wanna be this person, but come on McDonald’s!!

Please check your food before you eat it. Waited in line for 20 minuets, was only car in parking lot and when she gave us our food it looked like a bite was taken out of it. She also gave us an extra sandwhich for the wait so I tried to eat that one but pretty sure it was fish and not chicken.
