Gave me wrong food order for lunch for someone else they didn't want spicy Italian they wanted regular Italian sandwich they gave spicy one and sandwich was thin I rather go to jersey Mike has a better sandwich View all feedback.
We got the #5, Vito sandwich. Was perfect except it had tomato on it and it doesn't list tomato being on this sandwich. I can't have tomato.

Had issues here a couple times. The poor guy had to walk to the menu and back just to see what goes on my sandwich. I asked the manager(Mason) if he was just gonna leave his new hire hanging like that? He said ya, with an arrogant tone and walked away. I proceeded to help the worker make the sandwiches I ordered since he had no idea what he was doing. It was not his fault. He told me he was new and didn't know anything yet. Not sure why the manager was acting like that tbh

I messed up something with the online order system, and they were very gracious about it. Great food, great service.
