Ruth's Chris Steak House - Lake Mary

Our service was very slow. the manager wanted to apologize for the delay of our meal. After we did it, everything else was slow. to get our tellers, to get our dessert, to get our bill, to pick up our bill. we were almost 3 hours there, the steaks were perfect. the lobster mac and the cheese were unusable. to happiness our server removed it from our bill. my wee came to me halfway through eating; the tee of my daughter during dessert has never been delivered. the best service the whole night was from the droplets. they were fantastic. I love Ruth’s Chris’ steaks, but would hesitate to return.

The manager took us to our table…the waitress and team was amazing and knowledgeable. The entire experience was awesome. Our dinner was well prepared and presented. A beautiful date night evening. That manager was awesome so attentive to each table checking to make sure everything was okay. Loved the service provided at this site

Bartender Stacy made the experience wonderful! ! We had a great dinner.

Two meals. One returned overcooked other under cooked but consumed. Though replaced, due to wait replacement meal was taken home, desire to consume was gone. Threw away. Experience wasn’t bad (I ate my meal), but for the price this should be considered one.
