Good customer service, fast service, but the food quality needs work. I work in fast food and I can say some of the food I got was from time and temperature and the pommes were not fresh. I still say 4 stars, though, because it is well kept and everything else is good, even the time I tend to come is a slower time so I understand that food can be difficult at the time right. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The food was decent, but the kitchen really needs to improve its efficiency. They were quite slow. I noticed there were SIX cars waiting for their orders at the drive-thru. Given the small number of customers lately, you’d expect them to keep up, but they seem to be falling behind. View all feedback.
Everything on point. Sucks cant request no ice/light ice but even the light ice with the sweet tea was on point.
Everything was great! It would be wonderful if customers could have the option to add or remove ice from their drinks.
The Crispy Chicken McGriddle Meal was served cold, and the chicken was tough. I wouldn't recommend it.
The orange juice tasted like diluted water; it seems like it was overly watered down. It's a shame because the food was actually quite good.
Disgusting. Ordered a BigMac that came drenched in sauce and hard bread likes its been there all days. The McDouble was dryer than a napkin. Waste of money
