The foods pretty good. The atmosphere, you feel like your back in the 60s when you walk in and if that doesn't take you back. When you go to pay they don't accept cards! SO GO WITH CASH or you'll have a problem. This rating is in 2024 View all feedback.
They are very professional and prompt on taking your orders and the food is always good
Just had lunch here today. I had fried chicken and vegetables. The best I've ever had ever. Friendly atmosphere. Just a great old time restaurant with old time cooking. I will return.Paul

Absolutely wonderful little restaurant. It's the type of little family diner that is so hard to find today. The food is good. The staff is fast, friendly and know what they're doing. The prices are good too. I'll be eating there every chance I get. They don't take cards. Swing by an ATM if you must, and stop in. Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options, but enough. I've only had salads, fries, hushpuppies and the best sweet tea around. They put pork in their beans, so the hot veggies are a bit limited.
