The restraunt was very clean! There was a line wrapped around the building at the drive thru (that was moving at a good pace). I used the app to place my order before arriving. When notified my order was ready I went inside for the quick pickup. What Robert Flanagan doesn't like about Kfc:
Went to drive thru and ordered a 12 original 3 sides and the person at the window sent me to a parking space because her help wouldn't stay off there phone. I sit in parking spot 15 minutes before my order came out. Kid-friendliness: Nothing to add View all feedback.
Came here for a 16 pc family meal. I only received 10 pc of chicken and only received 2 of my sides. This is the second time I haven’t received my Mac n cheese. If you don’t have that side fixed just say so instead of ripping people off! I got down the road and they didn’t even put the lid on my gravy all the way so all of my gravy poured out through the bottom of the bag into my lap.
Mikya has the most bright and beautiful demeanor when serving guests in the drive thru. She is the epitome of excellent customer service! The food is always good, hot and fulfilling.

Bad management employee did not want to take order. Asked her if she was going to take my order and just shrugged at me.
I went here twice in the last 2 months and both times the staff gave me what they wanted me to have. Not what I order. I waited 38 mind for a 8 piece box.
