I'll be short and sweet. Ate at Casa Vallarta in the Town of Ulster/Lake Katrine for lunch today and it was incredible. Restaurant was super clean and organized, portion sizes were huge, service was polite and prompt, and the meal was fresh. Can't say enough good things. The chips and salsa they give you are an added treat. Check the place out if you're craving Mexican food. Really really impressed. View all feedback.

Unbelievable. I tried calling 2x. No one could hear me due to loud music. So I drive in to put my order in. I very specifically asked for 2 soft tacos with only cheese and tomatoes, 2 large beef cheese burritos, and a chicken burrito. The guy even confirmed the correct order before it was placed. In my quest for Mexican rice beans and skirt steak this is one more place visited. Overall an average experience with average quality of food. The beans should have been a little more cooked as a tradition and the steak seemed a little overcooked. Asked for guacamole and they forgot about it. Didn't complain. However as always I was hungry and a meal was filling end of the day. Food: 3

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The enchiladas, the rice, the beans, incredible. Incredible portions too. Awesome atmosphere, great service, our server Nicole was awesome. Will be back when my family and I are in town. Mucho gracias Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Don't ask for extra sour cream. They charge you more than the store does. The front staff could be friendlier. No more tips for them. The food is good but it wasn't our usual great experience.
