This restaurant is very unprofessional. They let children try to run the place and are constantly chatting with each other instead of focusing on the customers. They allow their friends to hang out and eat with them while at work. Online order placed and was not ready when we sent the email that said it was at the arrival to wait 25 minutes super irritating and no option for refund will never be back to this place more terrible service!
My order took a lot longer than suggested. I had a $10 gift card that had been sitting in my wallet for too long and planned to use it towards my bill. I spent over $80. The gift card didn't get used because there was nobody there that could figure out what was wrong with the register or card reader.
The kids they have as cashiers are always rude and always throw the order at you !
Went at 8:30 to order a pizza as they close at 9:00 We already put the racks away First time I've EVER been told no when ordering a pizza 30 minutes before close at any pizzeria in my 28 years of eating way too much pizza. First time for everything I suppose.
They allways make my pizzas the right way, I live about 5 mins from the C'ville location but I prefer to drive 22 minutes to this location because everyone is nice and they know how to make a good pizza. ????
