Helpful staff. Signage blends into the building so hard to notice if you aren?t looking for it, (but even if you are! Bagels are decent though a bit on the bready side. Needed a day to firm up. View all feedback.

Drove 45 minutes only to find a sign on the door saying we got married, we 're closed. We checked the website before leaving our house. It said Open . No reference to being closed for 2 weeks. We wasted almost 2 hours on this. So many others were theredismayed as well. View all feedback.
This place has ruined all other bagels for me. It is so good and the staff is always super friendly.

Can I give zero? Waiting 45 minutes (and counting) to get two bagel sandwiches is beyond ridiculous. I've never seen a place with zero organization like I've seen here today. I like to support local businesses, but I will be heading to Einstein's from now on. And now they're saying our ticket may be lost so we can continue to wait or get a refund. There's an hour of my life I'll never get back. Don't waste your time!! So frustrating!!
