I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is fantastic, the scenery is beautiful, and it's conveniently located near a ferry dock. It's also a wonderful spot to get work done. Make sure to try their white pistachio latte - it's absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Local Grind Havasu:
The restaurant has great decor, but the service from the staff was not very friendly. I enjoyed my mocha coffee on the first day, but it was not as good the second day. When I asked for it to be sweetened and stirred, the staff did not handle it well. They just added more mocha and did not offer to make a new one. They handed it to me and told me to stir it myself. Three strikes, you're out!Strike 1. there was only one option for the brew coffee. Dieucks gives them three to choose.2 the brew was super weak and had no taste.3 before me were only two people in the snake and I got my coffee not 20 minutes after the arrival. When I came to the front and the girl let me know what I wanted, she asked me to wait without taking my money. I stood there and waited for about 6 minutes when I saw her make special coffee for people who had ordered before I came there. then after I had to pay, she left me waiting for 10 minutes while she made other people soaking and even pouring brood drinks for another person who ordered this before me. Couldn't she have poured mine at the same time? I finally saw how she went out eight seconds, literally took a cup, poured my coffee into him, and put a lid on it and handed it over to me. I mean even dieucks knows that when a customer has ordered coffee, you pour it and there while they get their money and you give it to them! that is the third strike, and I will not be back.
Island coffee was good. Cute indoor area with outdoor seating as well. They have multiple food options as well as bagged coffee.
Delicious food, interesting coffee options, and a great view
The prices were lower than advertised on Google! See pictures of the menu that I added.Service was decent but not overly friendly. Perhaps it was because it was first thing in the morning, and we were all still waking up. Clean and cute. Notable to look at the bridge while sipping Java. Coffee was pretty standard.
Fantastic. Great coffee and fabulous chai tea latte. Food was delicious. Candied bacon will blow your mind.
