Drive thru Dunkin which was appreciated. However, even when we were the first and only car there, service took 20+ minutes. We waited by the window and received our food and then waited another 10 minutes for coffee to realize that the employee forgot to make it and was already working on another order. Definitely don’t come here if you’re in a rush. In reading other reviews this doesn’t seem beyond the norm for this... View all feedback.
OMG….what screw ups. They need to hire people that can read. 4th car in line and waited 25 minutes. Should have just drove through like the person in front of me…verified order and paid. Got food and waited on Basic XL hot coffee cream ONLY…. Tried giving me iced coffee, politely told them no it was a hot hot coffee, they looked at screen then made me the coffee but was a large( whatever tired of waiting) turns out it was super sweet and flavored with something …..and inside the breakfast sandwich I found out it was made or cooked with parchment paper as I tried to enjoy it….needless to say I will always avoid this place now.
Coffee was great! Sketchy guy hanging around outside the door tho.
Walked in, one nice barista was actually willing to take my order but the second barista over stepped and said “Nope, we’re closed and we dumped everything” at 7:00pm.
I love the company, however the location I go to is hit or miss with staff as well as whether my drinks are correct. A lot of the time I get a frozen coffee with mocha and I'm given a frozen hot chocolate.
Excellent service from new employee. Our usual exit on a long trip.
