The staff at this restaurant were excellent, handling over 30 orders in just minutes even when they were extremely busy. If they ran out of chips, they quickly made more. I will definitely be returning to this location!
I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. The customer service was disappointing, the food was mediocre, and I had a bad experience with the soda machine. The bathrooms were dirty and overall the atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable. I am only giving 2 stars because I remember when this location used to be excellent, but that was at least 2 years ago. I suggest finding another place to eat. It seems like there may be a management issue, as I have noticed similar negative reviews and no improvement in sight. It's unfortunate because I used to love Qdoba.
The service was good, but this restaurant is the dirtiest place I have ever eaten at. I am concerned about the cleanliness of the drink machine and whether I will get sick from it. We had to request for someone to clean a table as they were all very dirty. The floor seems like it hasn't been swept or mopped in months, with crumbs, wrappers, chips, and dirt everywhere. I would feel ashamed to be the owner of this place. Absolutely disgusting!
I have the compliment the workers there tonight! They ran out of pork and guacamole, but in my complaints, they apologized even with me being a little crabby. They handled it so well and apologized as I could see they had been working super hard to geteverything together. I have always had great help here, but they were exceptional in handling the situation! Everything tastesawesome and they work super hard? Great work!
When ordering catering from restaurants, we usually end of with an excess because they provide more to ensure we don 't run out. I ordered catering for 25, and it barely fed 15 adults. We ended up having to order additional food from another restaurant tosupplement the lack of food provided. They also forgot the sternos for the hot bar , so the food got cold really fast too. Itwas an easy ordering process, but not a great day of experience. I suggest increasing your group size by 10 people I order tohave enough food.
