Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. Out of the three orders placed within our group, two were completely wrong. One person ordered pesto, but received a different dish entirely. Sizes of dishes were mixed up, with some ordered as regular but served as small, and vice versa. The staff seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The best service I?ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. Even better then fancy restaurants. April was the nicest most cheerful person ever. I hope she is successful with wherever life leads her.
I went to the restaurant to order dinner at 8:20, even though they close at 9. The girl at the counter was very rude, and when I tried to order a to-go meal at 8:40, I was told they were already closed because all the employees were in the back making their own meals. They were all very rude when I tried to order the to-go meal, even though they still had 20 minutes until closing time. When I sat back down, they started talking about me and my companions, complaining that we were still there even though they were not technically closed according to their online hours and the front door. We felt rushed and had to leave before we had finished our meals.
As we were placing our order, a man walked in and another employee who was nearby when we arrived took his order at the counter. Perhaps because it was just him, they were able to accommodate his order. Then a family of 3 came in and the same employee took their order as well as orders from other customers who arrived after us. It was frustrating to still be typing in our order while they were quickly taking orders from others. I should mention that there was no one ahead of us when we entered, and the restaurant was not busy enough for tables to be cleaned and garbage to be emptied.
