Legends Food Spirits - Feedback

What Scott H doesn't like about Legends Food Spirits:
Unfortunately had to do only two stars for one reason only. Service was good food and drinks were good as well. Then the check came and they charge 4% for the privilege of paying my bill with a card. I am so sick of this nickel and dime ****. Just raise your prices if you can't handle cc fees. Also been there 4 times now and three have had falling down drunk people disturbing everyone.
