Crafted Al Fresco - LAKE GENEVA

We had a group of 8 at dinner this past weekend. The setup is nice and comfortable. Very upscale feel! Sara our server was great! The manager David came over and introduced himself as well. Definitely a repeat!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food and bar service were excellent but I cannot say much about the host and hostess. I know we did not make a reservation but when we walked in we were told they could not seat us until 7 pm due to the fact they were booked. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. We then asked if we could sit at the high tables in the bar and were refused. We had to ask if we could eat at the bar and she finally said yes. We ate our meal at the bar and left 45 minutes later. The restaurant was still very empty. It was very disappointing that we spent $125 and couldn't seat a couple of senior citizens who would have been more comfortable sitting at a table, I doubt we will be back with this kind of service. Luckily the food and bar staff were good, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten this high of rating.

I wish the tables were not short. it was very hard to eat on a coffee table level while sitting in a short dress. eating was amazing tho!

It was a nice experience just a little steep on rental price. I won’t do it again for $100 but everything else was nice about it. The waitress took good care of us The peppermint coffees were gross. Basically watered down something. We didn’t complain but would encourage you to have someone taste them to make sure ingredients are accurate.
