What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Is it necessary for the white girl with glasses to be so rude to everyone? Just because I don't look as wealthy as the other patrons, can't I at least expect to be treated with some basic respect? View all feedback.
I bought 11 Snowman cookies here on the other day along with some gift cards that were all wrapped in. I have held back for 6 more and some more gift cards obviously for gifts and they unwrapped all cookies. When I asked why they were not raped, they had to ask me for them who wrapped them, which they did not mention when they sold the cookies to me a few days ago. they wouldn't do anything for me because they designed them and told me that I would have to buy new cookies if I wanted them to be wrapped, although I never touched the undeveloped. overall terrible customer service.

Very clean and well maintained, friendly helpful efficient staff, and great vibe all around. So glad to have discovered this Starbucks. Thank you all!
Very slow services and after waiting so long, I was not happy with my beverages.
