Spice Thai Cuisine - Lake Forest

I don 't like leaving bad reviews but this second time coming here and was hoping it would 've been a better experience than before. But no sadly. Took about 10mins for them to finally pay any attention to me even after calling out to them. Then another 10mins watching them walk past me/standing by the register and having to raise my voice to finally place my order even having to ask for my drink again after waiting about 5mins.(There were only about 3 other tables at the time) Timing my lunch since I only have an hour. 15 or do mins to finally get what to me is not worth $19 for lunch special with some very tasteless food with MSG being the most prominent flavor and beef that was basically burnt where all you can taste is that char. Not once asked for a refill of drink either. They seem like nice ladies but, for both experiences: Service Terrible Food Edible Spice Level 1 5 Non existent no matter the level Would not recommend I feel this is a very Americanized establishment and this is more for those who don 't know the real thing. Was thinking since they were only a 4 min drive I 'd have plenty of time to eat and make it back to work with in an hour like other restaurants. I love Thai food, I grew up eating Thai food always trying find any new places that have that authentic feel and taste but this wasn 't it. Long tangent. But to each their own.

Surprisingly excellent. Trying Tiger was the best I've had. Even the lunch soup was excellent.

Amazing Thai Cuisine Happen to drove by the area saw SpicyThai restaurant Nice atmosphere great service We order to go with 2 lunch plates, moderate in price the portions are perfect. Love the Crying Tiger, the meat is so tender and delicious and enjoy the spicy mint sauce which is awesome! tasty and not spicy And Beef satay with peanut sauce is very tender perfect too. Both complement with big scoop of rice decent size of salad topped with peanut sauce dressing. We finally found a decent Thai food place in Lake Forest area Highly recommend definitely will come back again

One of my favorite Thai spots in South OC. THEY ARE CONSISTENT and food is always tasty! Love their tiger cry and they have really awesome lunch specials and don't forget to try their Thai Tea! They definitely get busy during lunch time--so make some extra time! Their service is quick and attentive.

Great place to eat delicious Thai food with friends and family. Thai beer was very good. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Sea food, pineapple curry, green curry and pad Thai was delicious. Definitely plan on returning .
