Pinoy Pam's Best - Lake Forest

Patience is required when visiting this restaurant, as there is often a line of people waiting to order and pay. However, the cooks are skilled and serve up delicious authentic Filipino food. The staff are also friendly and efficient. The checkout process can be a bit slow, but the female cashier works quickly to get through the orders. The food is worth the wait, but non-Filipino customers may want to ask for dishes with less salt, as this is not typical in Filipino cuisine. Be prepared for your meal to be served in cheap styrofoam plates if it's busy. It would be great to see the restaurant switch to more environmentally friendly packaging. Overall, the restaurant could improve its order flow and customer service, but the food is worth trying for anyone looking for authentic Filipino cuisine in South Orange County.

Every time I am in the Sea Forest area, I always make sure to stop at Pam's. I love the variety of hot foods they offer, such as Machado, sweet breakfast sausages, fresh bread (ensaimadas), as well as a selection of tropical drinks like coconut noses and other fruit-infused drinks!

I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business. The customer service is poor and the food is awful. The food just sits under a heat lamp all day because it doesn't sell well. If you want to lose weight and spend your day in the bathroom, then this is the perfect place for you!

Slow service. the staff are not friendly, they cannot even smile! they need to check their food before buying, especially the glooms displayed on the counter. I could get one of those who's in the sky!

First time going to this place. They have everything.
