That sandwich was fantastic! The woman at the front is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, and I highly recommend adding sprouts to your sandwich.

This place is super-fresh, delicious food and excellent customer service. This small restaurant is run by the most beautiful family. A great meeting place for a quick and healthy breakfast or lunch (there are also a few tables and TVs if you want to dive). Try the tuna melt or turkey avocado sandwich on pumpkin bread, delicious breakfast sandwich and breakfast Burritos. And fresh juices - the orange potato juice for the perfect morning pick me up!! Everything is always fresh and made with love - and you put money in the pockets of our neighbours and community. Very recommended!!

What a delicious yummy deli! I had a turkey, avocado, and cheese, on squaw bread. It was fresh, crisp, cold, and delicious.. I also had potato and macaroni salad and they were very good too. I've been wanting to try this out for a long time and I'm very glad I finally did. Very nice service too. I will be back.
