I tried their new birria (shredded beef) crispy tacos. They were quite delicious. I would not have expected this at EPL. And the dipping sauce was seriously awesome. The tortilla was super crispy and undoubtedly fried for our order. Also, I love the packaging of the birria tacos. Cute little box holding ever5in place. Pleasantly surprised. Good job EPL. Very unprofessional and stupid people on the drive thru. I wait for my order and because I was on my phone in the window, they didn't say anything and kept me 5 minutes before me like kids. Do your job, don't tell me to welcome you first if you should be. Really stupid employees, both were men. View all feedback.
I love pollo loco, but this place! My burrito was cold and I bite it and spit out. Piece of bones.
It is becoming my go to place for non-fried chicken. Just wish they put more than 2 tortillas with the meals.

What happened to El Pollo Loco? Everything is shrunk dark meat now. coarse. Everything is a little more expensive downhill. It's sad.
