El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

The best El Popo Loco I've ever been, and I was for many of them. The staff is very friendly and great what they do. One of the workers named Alisha always works hard and with a great attitude. You can say that the staff is really interested. You have won several quarterly awards to be the best el pollo loco and I can see why.

Very friendly staff. Service was fast and there was no line / wait to order. The chicken was made fresh and the location was super clean, including the gender-neutral bathroom. El pollo loco is still in place when I want fast food, but still eat something healthy (soaked chicken, salad and vegetables).

Today I took my son to eat in this restaurant, today they will close at 9:00. It was 8:30 the night when I asked about my order, and the shift manager told me that I couldn't eat in the store because they wanted to start cleaning, and I told him I was a client and that they had to serve up to the last minute, but he told me to go to eat. I wanted to meet the guy who treated his customers so badly
