What Abed doesn't like about Dunkin':
I am a truck driver and I went into the restaurant at 6pm in need of a coffee. There was a sign posted saying "back in 15 minutes". I waited for 25 minutes and nobody showed up. The store was open but there were no employees present. I feel like I should be compensated for the time I wasted. View all feedback.
The kitchen is always closed, so why keep the food menu showing up on the TV? Close it so nobody asks. Also could use a bit of a hygiene overall.
Drinks are terrible. The picture below is apparently a Matcha Latte...?
Has to be consistently one of the worst. Came for ice cream. Nothing but yhe junk flavors left. Not even plain chocolate! No oreos for half their specialty drinks. Barely even enough for a smoothie. Poor planning or poor management.Don't waste time stopping here because 3 out of the 4 times I have they have Been out of most items.
After waiting for workers who were too busy looking at the window,ordered only a cup coffee with cream and sugar… I guess it was too challenging for them,received coffee with no sugar
So many employees and service is horrible. They should be all ashamed in not taking pride in their work and their bosses should know that they are chitchatting, eating, and not paying attention to orders that come in. Management here is lacking and have no control.
