I’ve never been greeted so warmly. The staff is always the kindest and most welcoming. This Dunkin’ Donuts never misses. 10/10
I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinker, preferred over Starbucks. Not a super friendly staff and a depressing seating area are the reason for the two stars. Just feels drab, as many Dunkin’ Donuts sadly do.
The place has outlets available.Dirty tables and seats. Donut tasted like old oil. Breakfast sandwich tasted below average.
My recent visit to Dunkin in Lake Forest, IL, was disappointing. The two employees on duty appeared unenthusiastic and indifferent to providing good customer service. When I ordered an Americano, they insisted I had asked for a Macchiato, despite me clearly stating my order. They also didn’t offer the price difference, and I had to request it myself. I was let down that they didn’t apologize for the mistake, and when I thanked them at the end, their response was a casual "no problem." Overall, their customer service fell short of what I expect from Dunkin. That said, I have enjoyed Dunkin’s drinks and snacks before, and I hope management at this location takes customer feedback seriously to improve staff attitude and service quality.
Every time I visit this Dunkin', the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick. It’s also quite kid-friendly; on several occasions in the afternoon, I’ve seen kids studying in the café area.
