We love this place because every year they take great care of our dear sweet auntie. She loves to stay the night and they really look after her by making sure she has everything she needs. She's been there 15 times! Thank you so much for looking out for her! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The location is excellent but they have no umbrellas outside and hardly any covered tables. The service was shockingly bad as we waited 40 mins for 2x fish and chips and watched as others who came after us got served first. No warning about a delay and no acknowledgement when it got delivered. The food was good but as we were going for a 3 course dinner we didn't need a whole plate each so shared. Could definitely do with improving service and adding some umbrellas outside of people are going to wait ages for simple meals. The reply from the owner missed the point of my review which was the lack of courtesy or warning that they would have a delay. Having a booking vs not having a booking is beside the point.
