This location has the BEST customer service I have experienced at any Starbucks (that says a lot, as this is California lol Roman was especially excellent in the drive thru and our drinks were made perfect! And he's really cute too: View all feedback.
Who knew Starbucks had Matcha tea? I didn't!! I tried it and it's really good! I like it sweet , Frappuccino style! Always good for coffee, and now some Matcha also!!
Super friendly staff, it was my first time in this situation and without a doubt I will come back. I drink a hot Americano as usual delicious
I ordered a venti Java chip and requested it to be split into two cups, and they were happy to accommodate me, which was great since I've been turned down at other places. The restrooms are clean, but the door requires a code, which you need to ask for.
I received the wrong bagel, and I suggest going inside if there's a long line. I've noticed that some people who use the drive-thru order a couple of drinks at a time.
This location has the best customer service I've encountered at any Starbucks, which is quite a statement considering I'm in California! Roman was particularly outstanding in the drive-thru, and our drinks were made perfectly. Plus, he's really cute too!
