Bub's Aussie Gourmet Pies - Lake Elmo

I pretty much turned to Anna, our fantastic guide in choosing pies, and asked her which ones were the best. She did not disappoint! My husband and I tried three different meat pies, and I absolutely loved the pastry crust—it was just the right combination of flaky and moist. For dessert, we had a delicious slice of vanilla pudding topped with white glaze frosting and a pastry base. They even offer vegetarian pies! While we were eating, I noticed a steady stream of customers using the drive-thru and walking in, all of whom seemed very happy and eager to order. I highly recommend this place for a unique treat, whether you’re looking for a savory meal, a snack, or dessert. If I end up with food poisoning, I'll know exactly where it came from. This was my first and last visit! I ordered the Airiana and only managed to take about three bites before my stomach started hurting. The leeks were yellow, the potatoes were black, and everything tasted sour. At first, I thought it was just the recipe, but after a couple more bites, it became clear that old ingredients were used. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

I had an incredible experience here! The classic sausage rolls were delicious, and the chips were fresh and crispy. It brought back memories of the pies from my home in South Africa! I can't wait to return and try more of the menu!

The pies here are delicious and flavorful, providing a delightful experience without any guilt afterward. There are many fun variations to explore, and the mini pies are ideal for sampling a wide range of flavors! The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately offered recommendations when I mentioned it was my first visit.

I haven't received my order yet, but I must say that the gentleman working the drive-thru is a fantastic addition to your team. He was incredibly kind and helpful to me as a new customer. The food was excellent!
