This Arby's on Mentor Ave was quiet around 11:15 as my mom and I went in for an early lunch while waiting on a car repair. The staff was very friendly. Our Market Fresh sandwiches were great, looked just like the commercials! We shared the chicken salad and turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. The smokehouse brisket sandwich was not too good. Hardly any meat, no smokey flavor, only a drop of BBQ sauce. I'll never get it again not worth it. I made a mistake, it wasn't the painsville Arby's, it was the Mentor on the Lake Arby's View all feedback.

read moreBeen a long time since I had Arby's, I am still mad that they eliminated the potato cakes, but their 4 for $10 deal made up some of the anguish and suffering.
People are friendly and kind and always make sure the order is right. If not they make it right!
