Purple Bull Tavern - Kirtland

Excellent food and even better service! The waitstaff are very attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers a variety of flavors while remaining manageable, so it’s not overwhelming. I highly recommend trying the ribs and the tavern chicken!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! We dined on the patio, which was spotless. The menu features classic American tavern dishes, and the portions are quite generous. With a party of 13, our server was attentive and courteous throughout our meal. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the Kirtland or Willoughby Hills area and are looking for a satisfying meal!

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and attentive staff.

Excellent. Saturday night they were comprehensible, but we were sitting in minutes. The staff was attentive, prompt and polite. Our food and complex cocktails arrived much faster than we expected. There are definitely more comprehensive training than in the restaurants we visited. The staff works as a team and it shows. We make Tavern 6 for the new dinner.

My friend and I had an amazing dining experience here. He ordered the meatball sub, and it was so delicious that we were both in awe. Everything was perfect—the bread and the meatballs were fantastic. I had the soup of the day, which was clam chowder, and WOW! It was absolutely incredible; I've never had better soup. Overall, it's a great place!
