Tim Hortons - Lake Country

I visit the tim hortons on the main road very often and I have been fed every time. but today it was extremely bad. I ordered a four cheese bagel with herbal N garlic, potato wedge and a large coffee. I got it all...Ball with cream cheese roasted, dry photo wedges, hathbrowns and a small coffee. that is extremely unprofessional. I will never visit the tim hortons on the main road again

This is a new tim’s located directly on the autobahn. it offers both din in and and drive a bit tricky to get from the main road.

This place of tim hortons is the worst I found anywhere. their employees are rude, slow and very unprofessional. every time I go to this place, there's one who accuses me of being angry and aggressive, of which I'm not. I always come to milk in sugar and every time it comes with. I can't have cream. my man and I went through their drive-thru and this woman comes into the window and started yelling at me to be nice. my man looks at me and tells me that I just leave that we don't need it and we're late for work. I own a business in lake country and treated with so much respect every time I enter this place or go through the drive thru, but I have decided not to visit this place anymore. I have filed several complaints against them with the owner and nothing is to do with it. if you want a good service, do not visit the tim hortons in winfield on the main street. many thanks for their time and my commentary

Tim hortons in lake country is underoccupied, they rush them through their order, they never have product and visit my tee is poured as a coffee.

Service is slow at best, drive thru or inside, too busy yakking amongst themselves to serve customers or even realize customers are there. Never get orders right and whatever they do give you is cold and still wrong. When you correct them on that...well you're...just inconveniencing them! As for washroom..absolutely disgusting!! Don't know how the head office trainers even allowed this to open!
