Disappointing service. We have enjoyed this wine in the past, have visited the winery before, and planned to purchase a case.We arrived at the entrance and waited where the sign asked us to wait. After waiting between five and 10 minutes and being seen and ignored by at least four staff, we gave up and left.Our experience at other wineries that day was the total opposite. Too bad!
