Bun Ta Pho & Grill - Lake Country

The wife and I were told by a friend of this gem in Lake Country. Being in the neighbourhood we stopped in for lunch. So glad we did. The restaurant was clean, well kept, and looked new fresh and up to date. We were promptly and joyfully greeted at the door by our server. We had our choice of table. Again we had prompt attention as to drinks. We both ordered their "House Special" Bun Vermicelli Rice Noodle bowl. Springroll, Marinated Pork and Shrimp Served with lettuce, cucumbers, beansprouts, pickled daikon & carrots, topped with peanuts, green onions, and cilantro Fish Sauce Vinaigrette.WOW it was DELICIOUS!! Fresh !!! So good we went back a second time for the same thing 4 days later !!Great staff, great food, great chef !!! Definitely recommend and it's on our list of must have! We will be regulars !

Love the food there, the soups and spring rolls are my favourite they are so authentic! Well worth to try it out been there last year and just stop had my soup today love it, my husband love their steaks????

We thoroughly enjoyed great meals and a fun evening with friends at this outstanding restaurant. We were heading to Vietnam on holiday right afterwards, so friends treated us to a feast at Bun Ta so we'd be well prepared. We ordered a wide variety of dishes including their signature Pho. Every dish was unique, flavourful and delicious (I'd like to try the entire menu!). The service was excellent, with good attention to our needs and overall satisfaction. Highly recommended. We drove all the way from Salmon Arm, and will do it again for this very authentic cuisine. This place is a rare gem. Lucky Lake Country folks!

My husband and I each had a Vermicelli Bowl - he had the special (shrimp & pork) and I had the vegie roll. For the price, his was a much better value - only $1 more and included 4 shrimp and tons of pork. Both had wonderful flavour and very large bowls. Or go for the straight chicken or beef - both better value than one vegie or salad roll. We also had the salad rolls - one of the best we ever had - fresh made, warm and good flavour. Really good spicey peanut sauce served with the rolls. Also good teriyaki sauce and hot sauce served in bottles at the table. Good service - server was very friendly, she filled our water several times, asked how our meal was and was prompt with the bill. We will definitely go back. Just a little pricey, but large portions. Also very nice atmosphere, well decorated, better than most Thai restaurants.

Great new restaurant with small but tasty menu. Also non Vietnamese options. Nice presentation and beautiful wine glasses make a nice touch
