The food at this restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. However, it falls short of a five-star rating due to some areas being quite dirty and littered with food on the ground. It seems that they are struggling to find enough staff to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Customers dining in were required to order from the kiosks. One of the kiosks was broken, causing a line for the other one. Some customers in front of me took longer because they were ordering multiple items on one kiosk.
At one point, six cars left the drive-thru before finishing their orders on the kiosk. In total, I spent over 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting for my order.

Typically, the restaurant is good, but this time they went overboard with serving too much when all I wanted was a salad and bread. I ended up paying extra for items I didn't desire. Additionally, they spilled sauce in my pocket despite my request for a to-go box. I was left feeling disappointed. The staff at 6pm shift should be more adequately trained as their customer service was lacking.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited in line (only one car ahead of me) for 15 min. When I got to order, after ordering they told me their card reader just went down and that they’re only excepting cash. I am nurse and I only have a 30 minute break. There are 10+ cars behind me so I can’t back out of line and now I’m forced to wait in a line that’s not moving and I’m not getting food because of their error. I waited my entire break in their line.
Order was wrong. They reluctantly corrected it. Service was bad. Everyone was standing around doing nothing. Didn't want to take our order at counter. Told us to use kiosk or we can leave before hanging up use kiosk sign. Never eat there again.....
