Sakura Buffet - Lake City

This is definitely the best Chinese buffet in the nearby counties. The range of options available is impressive and caters to all tastes. I would give it six stars if I could! Highly recommended!

The food is absolutely fantastic, and the interior is clean, with all the staff being well-groomed. My only criticism is that they don't seem to maintain the facility very well; in some areas, the wooden floor is warped, and some of the benches have tape on them. However, I hardly notice these issues when I get to sit down and enjoy the incredible food.

I eat at this restaurant quite often, and I always have a good experience. However, today was something special. The chef was really showing off their skills. The spinach casserole, which I usually love, had cream cheese added to it, transforming the flavor in a delightful way. The stir-fried mushrooms were absolutely incredible—it's amazing how something so simple can taste so good. The General Tso's chicken was elevated with a mix of finely chopped vegetables in the sauce, enhancing the dish without losing its essence. I was thoroughly impressed. You definitely shouldn't miss this place!

The 5 times we have ate here food has been good today we had shrimp that tasted like egg and were slimy and now I have an upset stomach. I didn’t eat the rest told the waitress. I went to get another plate with something different and this time the rice had a thorn I didn’t eat or touch my second plate just consumed my drink. They still charged us for even though I didn’t eat. This time around this place was a disappointment and after the food incident and I throwing up we won’t be back unfortunately.

My husband and I had Valentine's dinner here. We are spending the winter in Valdosta but had to come down to Lake Cotuy. This is the nicest buffet I have any been to in this s neck of the woods. We will be back.
