When we entered this Moe 's, we were greeted by the normal Welcome to Moe 's! . Thankfully there wasn 't a long line so it was quick to get our food. The 2 Rachel 's who helped us were nice and seemed happy to be there. The food looked and tasted really fresh. It did look a little messy but it was at the end of the night and they were probably understaffed and getting ready to close soon View all feedback.
What Nicole Adams doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
We ordered online. It said ready in 20 minutes. We got to Moes right at 20 minutes later and waited for 25 minutes more. No explanation, could barely get the cashier to look or speak to us, let alone check on our food.It's a shame. Moes used to be our go to place. I'm not sure if they changed management? Always go in pretty much regulars me and my boyfriend and we always get the same thing White meat Quesadillas and a Tofu Bowl my boyfriend cannot eat tomatoes he’s allergic and we door-dashed this time never had issues with that before and they put tomatoes even though we never requested them on it he had to pick them all
I've been to this particular Moe's alot. It's usually very clean, hospitable and the food taste great. When Ashton is there it's even better. He is a joy to be around and my order is always perfect when he has something to do with it. He's definitely management material and I hope Moe's acknowledges this and keeps him around for a long time.
Very friendly employees are quick to assist at this location. My food was good as usual and the salsa was kick'n!Vegetarian options: The tofu is soft and mushy. This location doesn't serve sofritas
First time here, the food and chips were great…it’s going to become one of my favorite places to get food now. If I had to criticize anything it’s the fact that the only person not smiling was the cashier who also forgot to give me a cup for my drink.
