I live near Avonia Tavern, but they ignored me when I walked in. Then I remembered a coworker mentioning Mike's, so I decided to give it a try... I'm glad I did, and I'll definitely be coming back. The food was great, the prices reasonable, and the service was fast and friendly. Avonia's loss is definitely Mike's gain! View all feedback.
I was not expecting this place to literally be a standing burger joint. I had recommended the Strand room to a friend, but she ended up here by mistake. She sent me photos from her trip and I was so confused.
Nice management workers and amazing food at almost any hour
The worst service of my life! I made reservations and got there and was told “ people have stayed longer than expected so we cannot serve you.” No offer to wait for a little while and get a table in a reasonable amount of time or anything. Completely ruined a very rare night with our family out. Couldn’t get in anywhere else. HORRIBLE!
I absolutely love this restaurant! It has a unique atmosphere, and the food is fantastic. The service is efficient, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable, too. I highly recommend it!
It's currently closed for sale, but I used to enjoy eating there. It was a great place when it was open.
