Mr. Gatti's Pizza - Lake Charles

The worst experience I ever had! rented the big party room and all on this site including management has lied and was extremely rude. it was my daughter's first birthday and when I talked to the person that I rented the room of them, everyone said can get the buffet, but when we show up for the party, there is no buffet 2-5pm?! I would never have rented the room! everyone in my party was soouo upset and ruined their birthday definitiw. I've never been anywhere where the workers were so rude! management is absolutely terrible. as the party went on management took my gas out of the room to continue to blame us and nothing to fix.

We are from the city and that was a great place to spend an evening with our children. the personal was friendly and the kids had a lot of fun winning prizes at gatti land!

Taylor and the manager was super answered all ask and helped out a lot and the food was delicious I appreciate the good service

It was a great experience! the service was excellent, delicious pizza always fresh and many options. the manager gave us a GREAT service that started by phone because my man called before we went to the square. we were for a few hours because the kids wanted to play and the service was always great! we'll be back! my family loves the place, eat and of course the service!

We visit with our daughters every time we are in the area. Great food and always great service from smiling faces.
