I attempted to place an order through the website and over the phone, but it indicated that this location wasn't accepting pick-up orders. Fortunately, the staff member at the window assisted me. He was friendly, and the food was tasty. View all feedback.
What Val M doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
This location was a complete disappointment. My pizzas arrived fully burnt, and despite requesting no seasoning on the crust, they added it anyway. My kids and I were on vacation, and this was the closest dining option to our hotel. The delivery took a long time, and in the end, we couldn’t eat any of the pizza because it was so burnt and hard. At 9:15 a.m. on the online order system waited an hour and called the load it closed early my online order is still stuck in their system. domino worst in the country
The worst location. My pizzas came completely burnt. I also asked for no seasoning on the crust but they still added it. My kids and I were on vacation and this was the closest food to our hotel. It took them a long time to deliver and we ended up not being able to eat any of it because of how burnt and hard the pizza was. I tried calling as soon as I opened up the pizza to try to ask for a new one but I got the automated message saying they are closed even though their hours say they're open until midnight. Extremely upset I wasted money on this and the lack of customer service!
Terrible Place (is an understatement)I drove down to the dominos immediately after a wedding. It was 10:35 pm and the Open sign was still facing out. The door was locked, and after I tried the door the four employees inside stared at me and turned the lights off!One lady went around to the pick up window without even beckoning me and waited.I explained I wanted to order a pizza, and she said thy close at 11 pm and the ovens were already off and the stuff was put up. I told her Google indicates that they were opened until 1 am, and she made some weird excuse as to why they close at 11.I asked if there was any place I COULD get a pizza and she gave some vague description of a Casey's down the street that sold pizza.Do you mean to tell me that there is only one Dominos in Lake Charles, and this was the best a national chain can do!??I was well dressed and polite, but was treated with suspicion and mild contempt! After doing another Google search I found one on Lake Street and they were amazing.Lesson: stay away from the Grestner Memorial Rd store especially if you're an out of towner . . .
I Ordered my food a hour and 15 minutes and they still have it in prep and no one will answer the phone. This is not good at all
If cashier's are the face of a business, this one needs a facelift. She appeared in the window chewing gum and without bothering to greet us. She handed me the change without a word. Two stars despite her customer service skills bc there were multiple online coupons and the order was ready quickly. Unfortunately, when i looked at my pizza the ingredients were unevenly spread leaving exposed dough scorched and unappetizing.Papa John's would never...
