This was my fourth 'cue stop in the Bayou State. Here, you order your meats first, and when you receive the plate, you load up your chosen sides cafeteria style before finishing at the soda machine (coke products). Normally, I enjoy the restaurant but to my surprise I was greeted with a DOG inside. That so nasty I like animals but not in a baby carriage eating at table. It different if the lady was Blind. View all feedback.
Absolutely PERFECT! There was a small wait to get in because it is just that damn good!. The brisket was moist and tender, sausage was on point. My son ate all the ribs before I got to taste them, he stated they had a hard center but the meat was delicious. The dogs loved the rib's hard centers! The mac and cheese was spot on. We will be back soon!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Great prices. Less than 5 minute wait. We ordered ALOT of food in the drive thru and it was only $30. It was so much food and everything was perfect. Best bbq sauce ever. I can’t believe I don’t come here more often and now that I work close by I will be coming all the time. Extremely reasonable prices. Staff was so friendly and all smiles. Can’t say enough good things. I will tell all my friends

I come over from Texas to handle some errands in Lake Charles and stumbled upon BBQ West and decided to have lunch. I was so impressed with the food and the friendly staff. I plan on driving the hour over again soon to eat!!!
