Ms. Diaz, who is just starting her second week, brings a bright and cheerful atmosphere to the restaurant. Although she's still developing her skills, she did an impressive job rolling my burrito—far better than she seemed to think. Overall, my opinion has shifted dramatically, and I’m optimistic about this location’s future. However, I have to admit that I seem to have terrible luck with takeout. My first order through the Qdoba app was fairly straightforward; I selected a chicken burrito with extra chicken, guacamole, sour cream, salsa verde, cheese, queso, onions, both beans, and white rice, but I encountered issues. When I arrived for curbside pickup, the team member who came out didn’t greet me or say anything; he simply handed me the bag and left. Once I got home and took a bite, I quickly realized something was wrong. I opened the burrito to find that it contained none of the ingredients I ordered, except for some guacamole at the bottom along with tortilla strips—something I didn’t order. I called the restaurant to inform them that I might have received the wrong burrito. The response I received was less than helpful: “What do you want me to do about it?” I just wanted the burrito I ordered! It was obvious it was incorrect; for one, I can see, and two, I’ve been ordering the same thing for ten years (minus the cotija cheese, which I wanted to try). Angel, the employee I spoke with, stated that nothing could be done since there was no manager on duty, and the manager wouldn’t be in until the following morning. So here I was with the wrong burrito—either it was made incorrectly or mine was given to someone else, and I’d have to wait until the next day for a resolution. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment, such as an offer for a refund or a complimentary meal next time, but all I received was a promise of a call back the next day. What a disappointment!

I really love Qdoba and wish there were more locations in Florida. Every time we're in the area, we make sure to stop by for a meal. The staff is always friendly, the food is tasty, and the restaurant is well-kept. I'm especially fond of the burrito bowls. This location also has a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade, which is a nice addition.

I've visited many Qdoba locations across the country, and this has been my worst experience yet. While the food met my expectations, the service was simply unacceptable. I understand that there may be different policies regarding the amount of queso served before an extra charge, but the refusal to add queso without even mentioning that it would incur an additional cost was frustrating. This is not how you should treat a customer.

I haven't had Qdoba in years, so I was expecting to compare it to Chipotle... but honestly, Chipotle doesn't even come close. I give it a 10/10 and definitely recommend it! The sweet spicy chicken was fantastic, their verde sauce is incredible, and you can't go wrong with their queso. I was very pleasantly surprised.
