I had previously stayed at Beach Club and really did not like it at all. The studio room we had, had paper thin walls. However, the past TWO times we've stayed they've been great. I don't know if it is just an awful first time visit or we just got better rooms the more times we stayed but the sound issue was not a problem. What Andrea Figueroa doesn't like about Beach Club Marketplace:
Went here for breakfast quickly this morning... so disappointing for a quick service. Steak and egg sandwich was a steakum on a hamburger bun and same with kids scrambled egg. Food was cold and eggs half cooked. Much better options for quick service in WDW. View all feedback.
Rooms Staying with family in this Disney Hotel/Resort in Florida. The cast members were super helpful, hotel clean, tidy and inviting. Staff went over and above for our late family members offering snacks and water at check in after a long flight and delays. Standard rooms are clean, tidy and well kept. Big enough for a family of 4 to stay but not many more. The bathroom is a little tiny if you have babies to bathe! The room had a fridge and coffee making area pods only. You can ask for a plug in kettle if needed for hot tea. Mouse keeping is back to doing trash and towels every day, and clean linens on the 3rd day. Hotel The hotel in general was lovely, Huge pool with many areas not very warm I have to say but that is my only bug. Food wise this is a top end hotel so it is all sit down meals so book tables at your 60 day mark, only quick service is next to the pool during pool hours. The shop has a few things but by no means is it a usual WDW Quick Service at other hotels. Plenty of parking if you driving but it is a little walk from the hotel. WDW transport is on hand for moving around WDW. There are busses, a boat to Hollywood Studios and a short walk to the gondola system at Epcot. Park access Walking distance to Epcot, Boat/Walking to Hollywood Studios, Bus to everywhere else. All in all a lovely hotel, you get what you pay for and it's not cheap but a nice change if you don't stay here often.
We decided to splurge on this hotel since it was my mothers first time (we normally stay at the Port Orleans French Quarter). However, the room was average certainly not deluxe. We had a balcony that was in desperate need of cleaning and the refrigerator barely kept drinks cold. We tried to call to get someone to fix the fridge, but no one ever picked up at the front desk. After three times we gave up. There was no dinning hall, just a market to pick up overpriced sandwiches. The pool is average and there are so many people that most days you could not find a chair. The other resorts had staff that would take drink orders but not this one. We tried to order ice cream one night and charge it to the room, but we’re told that we needed a room key! What room key everything is digital on your phone!! The cleaning staff used to make animal towels on the beds if you had kids well not anymore. We thought the perks of staying at a deluxe resort meant more frequent bus service. Nope, you still wait for about a half hour for packed bus rides. And the evening deluxe hours are a waste of time. Both Frozen and Remy’s broke down when we were in-line. There were some positives: the lobby is beautiful and smells amazing. The the location is really the key. You are a five minute walk to Epcot or the skyliner. We are left trying to figure out why we stayed here…the extreme expense with it?? Not for us.
Got a room with faulty heating/AC Unit. It was blowing about 65 degree air. It was COLD outside. And COLDER in my room. Engineer made valiant effort to fix but to no avail. Was told no other rooms available. Spent a miserable night. Was told they would clean a vacated room next morning as a priority. Right: three hours after check out, no replacement room ready. Tried calling guest services: they were condescending and disinterested. That was on the CONCIERGE floor. How are the lowly rabble treated, I wonder? I think Disney thinks that customer service is unimportant, since folks will keep coming here regardless of how they treat folks. I wouldn’t stay at another Disney property. Ever.

Great location. Very clean and lots of things for kids to do pool, slides, arcade). Would recommend this to others. Really enjoyed the character breakfast at Cape May as well. The food around Disney was not very good but that isn’t feedback specific to this resort but rather the theme park generally.
