It definitely exceeded my expectations. We were seated 10 before our reservation time, which was great because we were hungry our server Luis Bonilla was very attentive and knowledgeable. We love Amare. The dishes are nuanced and sophisticated. Oh, and they are very delicious. My husband didn’t want to eat his dessert because it was truly a work of art. Our server, Ryan, was very helpful and engaging. We were in the area for 6 nights. We had dinner at Amare 3 of those nights and loved it. If you are in Lake Buena Vista you must go.
We were there celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Luis, did a great job of helping us decide what to order and making our celebration special.

First visit to Amare exceeded my expectations! Exquisite foods and the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting made this dining experience truly memorable! We will certainly be back along with friends and family
