This restaurant is really impressive! The vintage decor is stunning, but the food truly steals the show—it was so delicious I could hardly believe it. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, though. The staff at the front was quite rude and seemed disinterested in being there. However, our server, Philip, was fantastic. He initially came across as a bit brusque, but he quickly added some great humor, and we really enjo... View all feedback.
Funny decoration, we got a moms table in front of the TV. Chocolate milkshake is so yummy. Service is excellent catering to food allergy for soy-free option. All the food comes in simple white plates for amazingly delicious. Chicken is tender and flavour is not too strong, just perfect.
This was our first time here. Our waiter was cousin Craig and he was awesome. He said he had been working there for 18 years. I could tell because he was very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant itself. He was very helpful when it came to me ordering. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The food was delicious. I recommend asking for Craig when you visit this restaurant so that you’ll have the best experience possible. We will be back!
One of the best decisions we made during our February vacation! Highly recommend making reservations or looking for same day cancelations. Atmosphere was perfect, from the decor to the cousin waiting on and telling us to sit up straight and get our elbows off of the table. Food was delicious fried chicken was the favorite for sure, but we did get a Caesar salad too to add in some greens. Absolutely worth it and ny husband 's favorite restaurant of the trip.
This was our first time dining here and we weren 't let down. The classic 50 's decor was a cross between classic diner and home kitchen from that era. The food was excellent and well done. One area that surprised us was the service while very good and attentive, the mild attitude from check in staff to the server was a surprise. We enjoyed it but be prepared that they treat you like you 're eating at home with your family from not so gentle reminders like 'elbows off the table! ' to encouraging you to clean your plate. I had the fried chicken and it was delicious. We enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.
I will warn you now this restaurant is louder when you sit towards the back and you might get a screaming child but this place is SO worth it because the food is Devine especially the fried chicken! The servers are in character which is very fun and be sure to wash your hands because they might surprise you and ask you what color is the soap in the bathroom! (In character of course
