The restaurant was surprisingly quiet on a cool by sunny Saturday morning where we ordered a exceptionally enjoyable breakfast of bacon and eggs. Not sure why, but everything about the meal and locale worked, eggs done just right, amazingly freshly baked croissant (it must have been only minutes old), crispy back and a small slight of brie with jam...it just hit the spot. Plus a ton of outstanding baked goods like Monster Brownies, Date Squares and the like. The menu is posted on the display case, and you order directly to the staff at the front for the meal to be served to you at the table. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the Eastern Townships.
