I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. I don’t actually like to leave negative reviews I always post reviews solely for positive purposes, but a few weeks ago, I ordered a cheese danish, and as I bit into it, it tasted funny, and when I looked at it, I realized it was green and moldy. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The staff at this location are so nice and cheerful, EVEN FOR 7 AM!! I will be returning! All the drinks were made correctly, none were missing, and they all tasted good. I am a very happy customer!!
John is so nice and genuinely cares. His customer service is beyond great, and he makes my drink right every morning! He has the same bright energy every morning at 430am!
Long line but good service. Unfortunately ran out of breakfast food very early in the
Starbucks isn’t top tier coffee but sometimes I’m craving a PSL or other seasonal drink. But THIS location is superb when it comes to staff. They have some of the best employees who are always kind, engaging, and take the time to make their customers feel welcome.
Never get coffee or food at Starbuck. Overpriced, stiff atmosphere. Not friendly at
