R&j's Wild Rover - Lake Ariel

I hadn't been in this restaurant since they changed hands. I'm very glad I went. I met a friend for lunch and they were very accommodating. We sat and talked a very long time and we never felt pressured or rushed. My friend is from NY so she ordered the corner beef with the thought that it might not be what she is used to. She did say she may not eat the whole sandwich. She did! She said it was delicious. What was really interesting is that it's all made in the restaurant. It's not pre-processed or purchased from somewhere else. I had the steak dip and that was just as good. We will definitely have to go there again. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere.

Formerly Trio's. Thank God Trio's is gone. I've already eaten here four times, twice for lunch and twice for pizza. The two lunches I had along with my wife were very satisfying in both taste and portion size. The prices were fair but moderate. As far as pizza the first time it was outstanding and had a perfect crust like the finest pizza in NYC and I recommend the place to friends. The second time it was very disappointing. Crust was not fully cooked, sauce had no flavor and was overall very underwhelming, which is a shame because I've known their pizza maker for over 14 years. Key to a great pizza place is consistency. I will give it one more chance.

This place has great food, but staff is inexperienced and they NEED to commit to being an Irish pub. The menu was all over he place as well as the prices once you get over that the food was hot when served, delicious an served with good timing... However, wait staff never removed used plates from appetizers when the entrees arrived, never asked if we wanted more to drink AND there is no dessert menu the food was great cooked to our liking and we will return, we just wish small things would change

Really enjoyed the food and the company. It was a bit of a long wait for the food, but that was the only downside- not enough for me to give less than 5 because the service and food was excellent. Edit: The second time around did not take a long time, and the food was still amazing!
