Indian Accent greeted really well, serving us Mushroom Shorba while we were selecting what to order. I ordered Butter Chicken Naan, it was too amazing. The staff was very courteous, everything was served well. This Modern Indian twist was way beyond my expectations. Want to know more about my experience? Dining at Indian Accent is an experience to remember for a long time. It was our wedding anniversary and we are glad we chose to dine at this restaurant. Whether it’s the taste of the dishes, or the presentation or the impeccable service, everything was exceptional. Not surprising at all that they are listed among the top 50 restaurants in the world. I hope they become the first restaurant in India to get a Michelin star as well. After deliberating on the menu for a while, we decided to go for the chef’s tasting menu and we are glad we did so. The six course degustation style meal was one of the best we have ever had in any restaurant. The amuse-bouche and the palette cleanser were exceptional too. They were happy to customise the dishes according to our dietary requirements. I decided to have the baked fish instead of mutton for one of the courses and it was extra ordinary. The fish was perfectly cooked. It almost melted in the mouth. I would have liked a tiny bit more coconut flavour in the chettinad chicken keema. But it’s just nit-picking. The dish was great nevertheless. While booking the table, I had mentioned to them over the phone that it was our wedding anniversary. They remembered that and our desert platter had a candle and a message to wish us. It was certainly a very nice gesture. Needless to say the staff were very friendly and attentive without being annoying. We are looking forward to dining there again. Although it is not their fault, being unable to serve alcohol because of the changed law, is a bit of a disadvantage for them. No wine at a fine dining restaurant is bit of a miss. I hope they find some sort of a work around.
Excellent experience from the begging to the end and everything in the middle, amazing food and service, this restaurant should be at the top 10 of the best restaurants of the world not only on the best 100 restaurants of the world!!
Place one should visit, if you are into fine dining this can be your next stop! soups and Mushroom Kulcha, I found delicious. One should try!
Lovely place yaar.... Excellent taste ... Der r all dishes are perfect.. The freshness of the ingredients can be felt as you into the roll. The taste of the perfectly baked pesto in the oven was just divine. Very limited people in delhi can make proper pesto for der pasta . ... Ambience was too good.. Must try dal moradabadi, kashmiri walnut paneer, wild mushroom kulcha, old monk rum ball.....
