The place looks really nice but the food is definitely not worth the price. We had spaghetti alle vongole (14€ , insalata nicoise (10€ , bruscettone ligure (12€ , and some starter that sounded interesting and was actually recommended by the owner, i don't remember the Italian name but it turned out to be prawn spring rolls (also 12€ . House wine 1/2 liter 10€. The spaghetti and the salad were somehow OK but lacked anything special and the salad had very little tuna in it. The bruschettone which was the lunch deal of the day and the spring rolls were a both deep frozen convenience products. They only had five very small prawns in it. The wine was warm and not really good at all. The spring rolls were like the ones you get in a cheap Chinese fast food restaurant for 4€. It was also very disappointing to be served such an easy dish as a bruschetta as a convenience product in an area where you normally get high quality fresh products for half the price. Same goes for the wine. You can find much better house wines for 4 or 5€ in the area or bottled for 15-20€. So it felt like a rip-off. The place is pleasant to the eye but not to the tongue. You can go to the beach or have a beer there but avoid the food.

The food is just amazing, tried a lot of seafood with my wife and it tasted delicious. Nice location on the beach, ideal for romantic dinner but close to the town centre at the same time. Staff helpful and friendly. Definitely a must go !

Our best recommendations for this restaurant. Ideally positioned close to the beach in Laigueglia. Excellent sea food. In the high season they also have the same extensive menu on their beach. Very friendly staff and owners. We will be back.

I have been living in London for 5 years. Everytime I go back to my Italian hometown, having a dinner at Federico's is a must! It is the right place in the area for the seadfood lovers. The restaurant is cosy, the stafff is kind and the service is excellent. Last time I had a king crab as good as I had at the Crab house in Chicago or in the North End restaurants in Boston. In Summer time you can even have dinner on the beach! Absolutely top-notch!
