The best friend chicken so far. Your taste, quality, quantity, recipe everything just great. The only problem was the smaller seating area where they worked. But this place is a must if you love food, and if you are here to visit Lahore. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rooster's:
After hearing a lot about broast of Roosters in Johar Town Lahore I decided to give it a try. First of all its a very small hit kind of hotel with very limited seating place. Good thing is that they only give leg n thigh of chicken in breast which is my favourite pieces to eat as they are only tasty in it. Now review about broast is that it was disappointment to me. It was spicy also. Nothing extra ordinary as it was... View all feedback.
One of the best Saudi style broast that you can have in Lahore. Nice and comfortable seating area. The taste was great, i have tried this many times and it never disappoints at least up-till now. This broast has a wonderful blend of flavours injected into their meat which is well cooked. Though the prices are a bit high. They should work on making it more economical. Thumbs up.
Great experience.. same taste as albaik KSA. Sitting area is bit small and sometimes u have to wait for order. The worker's attitude is casual but they are humble and cooperative. U can always rely on this if u have a taste for albaik . Families and couples there were also enjoying the meal.
Loved it!!!. No other restaurant is offering spicy broast but rooster. Use to eat spicy broast in Suadia arabia only but so happy to see spicy broast here in pakistan. Do try it folks
Okay. So I tried Rooster's chicken broth after some waiting for more and more positive feedback from people I trust. It was good. It can be compared with the ingenious chicken broths in Saudi Arabia, perhaps not comparable to Albaik, but it was good, thoroughly boiled to depth, not to eat too oily, not very dry, just the way it should be. The crust of broast was separated and somewhat crispy, with deep maritions of spices inside, not only in the crunchy, but deep in the chicken. The accompanying frits were also good, thick and not crispy, but still not as tender as they should be. Also the garlic sauce (dom) was simply perfect in taste, although it was a little casual/liquid compared to Albaik or other local breasts in Saudi Arabia. Overall a little smaller chicken in size, not a wing piece, but several legs and there is no Pita bread, but a burger-back with it. The price is also correct. Less than 400 for quarters, less than 600 for half and less than 1200 for full chickens. Oh, yes, and they also have the spicy broast. The place was clean, airy, it was almost full at 10:30, but not yet clogged to sit with the family. It is not a beautiful place but an OK and convenient to eat.
Lov3d it! Just eat your broast as soon as u r served. Coz what i experienced is realy hard crust after half an hour. Amazing taste. Chips quantity is low. Garlic dip amazing. For pakistan it is one of the best but ALBAIK.... no way... AL BAIK is something beyond this world :P RECOMMENDATION: use hing (indian spice) in ur sauce.
